EASE ATELIER

Terms of service

For the Ease Atelier app, membership and Chrome extension. Last updated 14 October 2026.

These are the terms you agree to by using Ease Atelier. They are written to be read, not skimmed past, so they are short.

What Ease Atelier is

Ease Atelier helps you see how a vintage or secondhand garment is likely to fit, from your own measurements and the measurements given in a listing, and suggests what a tailor might change. It is a guide to help you decide, not a guarantee. A fit verdict is only as good as the measurements that go in: a listing measured carelessly, or a measurement of your own that is off, will give a verdict that is off. Please check a seller's measurements and return policy before you buy, and treat the tailoring notes as a starting point for a conversation with your tailor.

We do not sell clothing and we are not part of any purchase you make from a seller or marketplace. Questions about an order, a return or a refund for a garment go to the seller.

The free week and membership

Ease Atelier is a membership. Each account gets one free week with everything open; you add a card to start it, and nothing is charged until the week ends. Membership includes the fit verdicts and tailoring advice, unlimited saved pieces, your wardrobe following you between devices, and the Chrome extension. The stylist tier adds client profiles. What each includes, and the price, is shown before you start.

Paying, renewing and cancelling

Your account

Using the app fairly

Please do not copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the app or extension, use them to build a competing service, or use them in a way that breaks the law or a marketplace's rules. We can close an account that does.

Changes and availability

We improve the app often and may change or retire features. If a change removes something a membership includes, we will say so by email, and you can cancel and ask for a pro-rated refund of the time left on your membership. The app may occasionally be unavailable while we work on it.

Our responsibility

We provide Ease Atelier as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a garment that does not fit, for money spent on a purchase or a tailor, or for any loss that follows from relying on a fit verdict. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we update the date at the top and, where a change matters, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Ease Atelier after that means you accept the new terms.
